Just kick-started the sequel to Sons of Africa – though I say so myself, it’s a stunner and the second of three. Titled it, Empress Gold; won’t post any extracts before the first book is up and running. The cover art is only temporary and the story itself, as with its older brother, focuses on the Goddard and Kumalo families, very fast paced and very much ‘in the moment’. Nine months should see it finished so if you warm to Sons of Africa and are into my kind of storytelling, stay with me for the next one. Won’t let you down. Lots of tales to tell and all of them set in Africa; for adventure, skulduggery and intrigue, she is the only place I know of that sizes up to the job...
